The Center for Energy Policy & Management (CEPM) at Washington & Jefferson College is excited to announce the development of its new Advisory Group.
The CEPM Advisory Group is being created to serve multiple purposes, with the ultimate goal of better serving the region and its energy-related needs.
The group will regularly convene stakeholders and other regional experts to discuss regional energy issues and collaborate on programs and other responses. Regular discussions among stakeholders and subject matter experts on emerging and ongoing energy issues and considerations are a powerful tool to aid communities affected by existing energy issues and to help the region with the energy transition process. These discussions would benefit the center and the communities served by the center, helping to direct our programming and make our outreach efforts as effective as possible.
Additionally, the Center intends to foster an environment of collaboration with the group members to develop new, innovative, and impactful programs, initiatives, and other materials that would benefit communities in the region.
As these issues are multi-faceted and require varied expertise and experiences to be discussed and addressed, the Center hopes to attract individuals from diverse backgrounds to join the advisory group.
